Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience
• Manage and grow social media communities, fostering meaningful interactions and customer engagement
• Monitor social media trends, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize content performance and campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms, incorporating innovative strategies into our social media approach

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
• Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• Experience in developing and implementing social media campaigns that drive measurable results
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus
