About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled, detail-driven Remote Website Manager to oversee the performance, optimization, security, and overall digital experience of our website. This role requires someone who moves with precision, works independently, and understands how to keep a high-traffic website running smoothly while creating an exceptional user journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day website operations across desktop and mobile.
• Update website content, banners, product listings, and landing pages consistently.
• Ensure site speed, performance, and uptime meet top industry standards.
• Monitor analytics, user behavior, and site traffic to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing to upload campaigns, track conversions, and optimize funnels.
• Perform regular website audits for broken links, errors, and SEO improvements.
• Oversee website security, backups, and plugin/theme updates.
• Implement A/B tests to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate with developers or designers for advanced updates and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing or maintaining websites (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, UX principles, and website performance optimization.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, etc.).
• Basic design/editing skills using Canva, Figma, or Photoshop.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate solutions quickly.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Fast learner with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with HTML/CSS or simple code edits.
• Background in digital marketing, CRO, or e-commerce management.
• Understanding of funnel building tools (ClickFunnels, Elementor, Webflow).
